Hyperscape stuttering?

Anyone getting 70%+ cpu usage and the game(HyperScape) is stuttering?

my Specs:

2080s

R5 3600 @4.2ghz

16gb ram ddr4 3000mhz

game and windows installed on samsung 970 evo plus 250gb

temps are very good on cpu and gpu

Yeah basically universal issue a lot of people are not seeing full gpu useage but the cpu is not being pinned and such. It's currently in beta so probably beta bugs. It has a lot of performance issues right now and only works well for a very few people.
