I am at a loss.  So about a month ago I started getting these weird intermittent GPU latency spikes in Warzone or Modern Warfare with ridiculous FPS drops, settings hadn't been changed, was running on max settings just fine, then it started happening.  I have the FPS counter with the GPU Temp and latency, and CPU latency enabled to tell me my FPS and all. When the spikes in latency happen, GPU is usually around 60 celsius.  Never had problems at that temp before.  Latency spikes upwards of 100-150 ms with frame rates down less than 10 FPS.  CPU stays low, like around 4-5 ms.  If I drop all settings to their lowest I have no issue, but even on normal settings I start getting the latency spikes.  I'm worried that my GPU might somehow be going out on me...but it's not that old at all (got it last year when I fully upgraded my rig...maybe a little over a year ago).  Here is my specs:

I have tried searching for information on whether other people are having issues since the last big update or two back (I think that's when the issues started) but haven't been able to find much.  Any and all guidance would be graciously appreciated.  Thanks!

Look at RAM usage, might be getting tight. Make sure nothing is running in the background, close all browsers etc.
