Any Good Recommendation Gems For Rails?

I have a project that has posts and you can sort of like a post which is a user's explicit rating of the post. Are there any good recommendations gems that are still being maintained? If there are any good ones, are there any gems that can use an ai neural network (like youtube's recommendation) to base their recommendations (I know it's overkill)?
