Code 02: Post Error

I am just building my new PC, my first but and I have been having the same error Code 02: Post Error. I first get the HDD code 02: Post Error, for this I go into the Bios to disable the sata ports and reboot. Then when rebooting I get the VGA Code 02: Post Error. On the BIOS it say there is  a CPU Fan error, but I checked twice and I am sure I connected the AIO Pump correctly. Any idea why this is happening and how it can be fixed?

Asus Crosshair viii Formula x570 (Currently using Bios version 2103)

AMD 3600 XT

H100i Pump

AMD Rx 580

32 GB Corsair 3600 Vengeance MHz

M.2 NVME 1 TB Sabrent Gen 4

Seasonic 650 GX

 

I am currently using a tv instead of a monitor, I will try to do it again tomorrow on a monitor to see if it works because I read that the monitor can be the issue.
