Hybrid Raid Help!!

So ive had a hybrid raid set up for about a week, last night i switched off my computer to go to bed, woke up a little earlier, switched on my computer and the drives dont show on file explorer and show up as MISSING on disk managment (imagine provided)

 

Is there a fix for this??

Do the drives appear in the BIOS?
