BIOS flash no cpu

Board is lga1151, processor is fclga1151

so as far as I can tell, no.

 

newegg claims the board has ez flash 3, but there has to be a bios to flash and the cpu actually has to work in the socket to begin with

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
