Need help

Hi, I'm having a problem, when I press the power button on my pc it doesn't power on, rarely it does and keeps working fine.  I've replaced the power supply, I've tried clearing cmos, I've tried powering it from inside the pc, I've tried an external power button but nothing works.

ryzen 5 2600

b450 motherboard

16g ram

Geforce 1050

evga 500w psu

nvme main drive

mechanical secondary drive

wind 10

Case- Cooler Master Haf X
CPU- i7 2600k @ 4.4
CPU cooler- Nzxt Kraken x40 in push pull with Noctua NF-A14 fans
MB- Asus Sabethooth z77
Memory- 16gb Corsair Vengance @ 1866mgz
SSD- Vertex 4 256gb
Second Storage- WD Caviar Black 2tb
Power Supply- OCZ ZX 850w
GPU- Asus Strix Geforce 980
Sound Card- Asus Xonar DX
Opt. Drive- Pioneer Blu-Ray Burner
Monitor- Asus ROG Swift

Warranty the b450 motherboard.

Doublecheck your connections.  You may have already done this and not mentioned it, but if not this would be my first step.  Make sure the mem is seated properly.  Make sure the case pins are all set correctly.  Make sure your drives are solidly connected on both ends.  Once you've verified that all your connects are secure, you can start looking for hardware problems.

Yeah I've check all cables, front panel connectors are all properly seated so does the memory, the thing is not a single light turns on and all of the sudden sometimes it does turn on and works fine all day.  Like ShrimpBrime said I think its the motherboard :(
