Weird texture Patterns in certain games.

Hey guys. Hope yall are doing fine.

So i recently started to notice this.

I was playing sniper elite 3 and i noticed some patterns appearing on the sacks and rocks. It happens in certain games. I am worried about it being caused because my gpu is dying or something. I searched for a solution all over the internet but cant find anyone with a similar problem. Also note that its not texture shammering or something, its like when i move my camera while standing near a bunch of sacks, the texture pattern on the sacks flickers and when i stop moving the camera it comes back to normal.Can anyone else who owns the game test it for me (it occurs during the intro mission). Or if anyone who experiences such issues tell me if its meant to be normal or not. Am i overexaggurating it?. Thanks alot for taking the time to read.

It may be helpful to post your system specs, so it can be determined if your hardware is the issue.  Perhaps your GPU can't handle that game?  Maybe you have corrupted files and doing a repair or reinstall could correct it?  Also make sure your GPU drivers are up to date (if using NVidia, make sure you use the Game Ready drivers and not the Studio drivers) and try lowering the graphics quality on the game to make sure it's not a performance issue.

These are my system specs. 

Core i5 3470

8gigs of ram

1tb hdd

Gtx 1050 2gb

I think its well enough to run a game lime sniper elite 3(correct me if im wrong).I have tried the methods you mentioned above but to no luck. Also it only happens in certain games and not in all games. This is an example to give you a cleae understanding of what im talking about.
