H100i installation

My friends,

no matter how much I tighten the pump (these 2 screws),they are somehow narrow (at an angle)

I think I tighten them all the way.

Is this perfectly normal?

The only thing what I can do is to unscrew the pump all the way and then start from begining.

But I noticed today that screws got loose a bit (like 2 rotations).

I'll call technician tomorrow and he might check this up,but just out of curiosity what is wrong,or this is normal?

Please do not take offence for my apparent confusion or rudeness,it's not intent me to be like that,it's just my BPD,be nice to me,and I'll return twice better,be rude and usually I get easly pissed of...I'll try to help anyone here,as long as it's something I dealt with,and even if you think I'm rude or not polite,forgive me,  it's not me it's my BPD.
