How to fix my GPU

I have an Asus Mining Rx 470 4GB.When i Bought it i installed the Gpu and drivers got Display but after about 10 minutes strange artifacts appered and then blue screen of death after that no post,Then after 2 days i again started the pc but this time the pc booted everything was working fine but the same thing happened again.

and now the fans are also not spinning when i use iGPU in the device manager it says "Windows has stopped this device because of some problems."

sounds like you got a dying gpu if used. was the fan noise excessive? it could be if one of the fans feels wobbly its dying.

 

if you can't return or replace

ddu, and try checking the thermal paste/replacing. after that put the gpu in and reset the cmos with the pc powered off and the plug not attached. if theres no button take the cmos battery out 15 minutes or so then try booting with the card and battery back in.

By mining do you mean the card was used for mining before or the name itself included mining? If you bought it new warranty would still apply but if it's used then you better hope the site you brought it from gives you  a refund.

I thought the RX Mining cards didn't have display out?  Or was the card used for Mining.  Beware Custom Rom's on the card.
