2 users 1 build question

I suggested this build to my club leader, in order to save cost on parts. But I have questions on the build, please help if possible. Ty

 

1. Do we have to use high end gpus for the system or can we use dual RX5600xt with a 3700x to split? 

2. Do have to have to have a nas to make the build ? 

3. Can we link more the 2 pcs together if we buy a stronger cpu like the. 3900x?

Doing that to save cost on parts doesn't really save you that much. You would need at least a 3900x to do that (because your hypervisor needs cores as well), and by the time you are spending that much it's almost always better just to build two separate machines.

I would check out the LTT 7 gamers 1 cpu, 10 gamers 1 cpu, and 2 gamers 1 cpu video so you can see how to do it on the software side.

I watched the 2 gamers 1 cpu, I didn't know he had a 10 gamer 1 cpu system, I'll check that before starting anything thanks.

You're better off sticking with separate systems. 

Yeah, apparently 10 gamers on 1 cpu makes latency problems.
