recommended ram for...

how much ram do you guys think I will need for gaming, general, youtube, rendering, and editing? Keep in mind only 2 ram slots available and supports up to 16gb when both used up.

I7-6700k, Asus Maximus VIII Formula, 2 x 8GB Corsair Dominator Plantinum ram, ASUS GTX 960 STRIX, sound blaster zx, 1TB boot drive ssd, 128GB/256GB storage ssd, 1TB storage HDD, 4TB of storage (backup),Windows 10 Pro,1000w psu

Well as its max support is 16gb and you only have 2 slots you may as well get 16gb, saves you buying another kit later. Also the extra ram is good for editing.

PC: Corsair C70 Arctic, FX 9370, Corsair H80i, Gigabyte 990fxa-ud3, Corsair Vengence 16gb, Palit JetStream GTX 970, OCZ Vertex 4 128gb and Western Digital Blue 1Tb + 500gb, Antec Gamer 520w

Toshiba L50-A: i7 4700mq, 8gb, 1TB HDD, GT 740M 2gb

For Editing and such go for the 16gb. You can currently get 2133 (maybe 2400)mhz ram for nearly the same price as 1600, so go for that.
