Computer keeps freezing/lagging

So I just built my new pc a few days ago 

specs : ryzen 3900x, amd 5700xt , msi gaming plus max. And I installed all my drivers and everything but after I installed a few aplacations 

aplacations : epic games launcher, fortnite, razer snapchise and cortex, Nzxt cam, discord, Spotify. 
 

Honestly I think it may be nzxt cam because after I downloaded it it started lagging 
 

 Also what I mean my the lagging is that I can’t open any new aplacations after the ones I have already opened so I have to restart my computer everytime.

 
Is there anyway I could stop the lagging? Sorry for my bad spelling and thank you in advance.
