Hello, I have been in school for IT work for about 4 months now. My one buddy who works in a returns department in a warehouse that deals with mostly computer parts gave me a 2080 super the other week and said if I can get it working I can keep it.

At first glance the display ports were absolutely jacked. But when plugging it into the computer the rgb works on it, but no display and or fan spin. I took a peek inside of it and theres a line of capacitors (ALMOST CERTAIN that's what they are) and seems to be 4 of them missing. Not sure if this is the way the GPU is designed as I dont have too much experience in this.

Was wondering if anyone had some tips for me on what next step I should take and if there are missing capacitors where can I find and buy replacements to install? Overall I didnt spend a single dime on this and see this as more of a learning experience that I definitely want to get under my belt. Below is an attached image of what the GPU looks like. If I need to take apart for an inside look picture please let me know and I will do! Thank you ahead of time for any help that any of you may be able to provide.
