MASTERLIQUID LITE 120 Fan

Hi all,

 

So I have the AIO listed below and when I go in to the BIOS and set the fan header that the fan is using to Max speed it only runs at around 1200 RPM now with the specs saying 2000 RPM give got take 10% that's only 1800 still 600 difference is it likely a fan issue? I'm going to try another header as I've posted before this fan sometimes decides just to not work.

Also when I set the fan control from AUTO to PWM I can hear it more a less buzzing or what sounds like buzzing.

 

I'm tempted to just but a new fan for the AIO.
