need help reinstalling windows 10

hey guys i was about to reinitialize my windows 10 and the electricity shut down and now it giving me error when i try to reinitialize it again i decided to reinstall windows 10 

 

if i do it will i need another windows 10 key ?

 

what to chose in mediacreation tool UPDATE or create usb for another PC ?

Should not.

I would use this 1 and use it through UEFI

Or just start "Get Help" app, and say that you have a key and its not activating after you re-installed your system after your system corrupted itself, and they'll guide you to and provide you with an override code to make the activation successful.

iam installing it on the same computer what option should i choose ?

so when the popup that tell me to enter a windows key i'll click on don't have key right ? or reenter the same key that i used to activate this one

Yes if you previous installation was activated, it will work automatically.
