is a Lenovo Ideapad 5 15ARE05 81YQ006JMH good enough for game/software development for school?

if not or if there is a better option for the same price (800-950 euro) please tell me

You don't have a GPU in it so for graphic intensive tasks like gaming you'll find it a little weak. Otherwise it's a good machine.

If you wish to game on it, I suggest you look for a machine with a GPU. I'm not going to recommend one because I haven't used a gaming laptop in years.
