our legislators junked their legislative franchise application, because many of our legislators were allies of our president and their dire to shut down the network

i will also add that our president hates it because they're doing what does a TV Network do, to tell everything that happens to our country and in the world, and to entertain us amidst of the pandemic. also ABS-CBN got the Filipinos sympathy because they are doing what their motto is, "In Service of the Filipino"
