Triple screen eyefinity setup

Hi! 

Im planning to make a setup with a rx 5700 xt, a ultrawide 1080p displayport freesync monitor ( lg 29um69g b ) and two normal 1080p HDMI freesync monitors ( Philips 241E1SCA/00 ). All monitors are 75hz. I did a lot of research, but I really cant find it properly. Can you use the three monitors in eyefinity, with one displayport and two passive displayport to HDMI adapters and how does freesync work on this?
