Need help with wired internet.

I have the normal version of a MSI Z87 Mpower motherboard and my wired internet doesn't seem to work, i have tried plugging the Ethernet cable into my  laptop and it worked just fine and connected to the internet, but it doesn't seem to work on my PC, i didn't install the WiFi/Bluetooth thing that came with it because i forgot but i don't think that should affect it because i am using a wired connection instead of WiFi.  I couldn't find any wired drivers on MSI's list of drivers for the motherboard.

Still no luck.  If it helps in my Network and Sharing Center there are 4 networks for some reason, network 1 through network 4?

It works now, installing that Killer LAN did work its just i forgot to switch my cable back over from this laptop to my PC.  Thanks for the help.
