No you would have to install it yourself as it isn't installed onto the motherboard. The motherboard box comes with a CD to install but I would recommend going to the Asus website to find the latest version of AI Suite 3.

I was just wondering, does AI Suite install automatically after you install your ASUS motherboard or is there a CD that comes with the motherboard to install iy. Can you also download it online?

they give you a CD that you use to install it. I'm not sure about downloading it online, but you probably can
