Touchaqua AMD watercooling kit

So recently I decided to pick up this kit from microcenter, and I have been having some issues with the given rgb controller. The lighting is not working on my fans or pump, only my waterblock and that only in a dim green. The buttons that are on the controller seem to do nothing, and  even if I move the connectors to different slots, nothing changes. Any suggestions?

Have you tried plugging each component into the motherboard separately to make sure they each work?  Have you double-checked the orientation of the connectors to ensure that the positive pins are aligned?

 

If you've done both of those, your controller might be DOA.

 

EDIT:  Another possibility... Are all of your components digital RGB (aka drgb/argb) or are they 12V 4-pin RGB?  That controller is drgb only.  If your component is 12V RGB, you're only applying 5V to the 12V power pin and the digital signal is being applied to the Green pin, which would give you a dim green only illumination.

Sorry for the late response, the controller came with the kit so it should be compatible, and yes all the components are 3 pin rgb. For some reason now, none of the parts are lighting up anymore. I have tried reaching out to bitspower, but they have not replied, what should I do about my board?
