Budget (including currency):  $600<0 USD

Country: United States

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: world of tanks

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

Hello, i  am building my neighbor a PC and I was looking for suggestions on a parts list for $600 or less for a case, cpu, mobo, ram, 1tb SSD and a psu. She already owns a GTX 960 but her current pc is from 2011 and the gtx 960 doesn't work very well with it. My neighbor is not into technology so she does not have strict requirements besides budget.

What do you guys think of this first part list i came up with?

Get Ryzen 3000 instead, SSD is waaaaaay overkill, PSU isn't very good.

Honestly I'd get her something used.

What would you get used? Is there any good psus that would fit into her price point?

Check PSU tier list.
