Need help with OC

asus rog strix rx 570 4gb oc
i5 4670
1tb hdd
28gb ddr3 ram

prob- so i wanted to OC my rx570. but just this morning i have to leave my house and go somewhere. so i though off putting my pc in low power so i change the one in amd radeon software to automatic because i download valorant so while away from home my valorant was downloading to save time. and i set my msi afterburner settings to lowest as seen in the picture. the main problem is after i got home I OC my again since the download is done but the settings are always changing on their own after i restart. my fan settings are always 100% but when i restart them it goes automatic.  this are my normal settings.

this is the settings that i want.

 

yes i can apply them but after i shutdown/restart the settings will change again even if i click apply changes

and my gpu clock speed in state 7 (which is the max) will change from 1370mhz to 650mhz after i restart/shutdown
and i have another issue i cant see my riva tuner statistics in games anymore i`ll try reinstalling msi afterburner

Update: reinstalled amd radeon software rx570 driver 20.5.1 and everything about OC is fine. The settings are also fixed they are already the way i wanted them to be so i dont need msi afterburner for OC anymore.

But i still have   a problem i can't get riva tuner statistics to show the performance of my pc. 

Then performance shows only at  amd radeon software but i doesnt show anymore on games/csgo  (i also reinstalled afterburner)
