I messed up....

Okay so earlier today i was resetting my old PC to give to my cosine, i ended up adjusting the PC and the Power cable moved... The PC had turn off when it was about 26% on the Reset Screen. I turned the PC back on hoping that it will just be like how it was before i reset it, but no. Now when i try to log in the only option is "other user" I need to type in a username and password which i tried all my passwords and usernames.... Nothing. Do any of you know how to fix this issue?
