So I built this PC early last year, but now I've got it so cluster effed with stuff and jam packed it needs a reset. I was negligent and didn't bother to keep it clean and make sure it stayed running well. My boot time seemed to increase nearly 7 seconds from when I first had it. IDK

MY point is since this is a custom PC and I have 3 hard drives... can I safely use the "Reset This PC" option in the windows 10 recovery settings? https://gyazo.com/3ee5a37398520a15872334cf05639e02

Will it actually reinstall windows ITSELF? or do I need to make a windows backup on a USB?

Yes, just remember to use the keep all files option.

At me or quote me, I want to hear your opinion.

Hopefully anything I say is factually correct. Sorry for any mistakes in advanced.

Always, always, always back up your important stuff before attempting anything like this. Heck, you should do it even if you aren't.
