Which NVME for system?

I bought both the Sabrent Rocket 1tb and the Silicon Power 1tb in January based on recommendations on reddit

 

Recently I read that not any nvme would be good to install windows on but it wasn't clear why

 

Can someone please clarify which one if any of them would be better to install windows on?

yeah i'm speaking about my older system not the one I'm building for my brother 😁
