Good mid-tier NVMe for laptop?

I am searching for balanced (price/performance) NVMe M.2 SSD for my ThinkPad X1 Extreme.

 

I think 512GB would be enough. 

Any recommendations?

I am using ADATA XPG GAMMIX S11 512GB in my desktop but I am sure there are better value ones I dont know about.
