Problems with shrinking drive

Hey.
I am new to linux and I am following a guide in order to set-up dual boot for PopOS and Windows.

I am trying to shrink the drive in order of creating partitions.
While doing the operation it fails and I have no idea how to fix

What drive/partition are you shrinking?

Shrink the partition from within Windows using Disk Management.

Also the Details Panel would output a more helpful error message for us to see whats possibly wrong. The Error message doesn't really tell us anything.
