Then I try to fix it and find out by clearing clear CMOS will make PC boot, however pc will still have crash randomly. (Sometime in few hours and sometime in few minutes).

My system:

Motherboard: z390 aorus pro wifi
CPU: 9700k

GPU: MSI 2080 super X trio

PSU: Thermaltake toughpower grand 850w

CPU cooler: Nh-d15

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8gb 3200 * 2

Storage: 500 ssd and 3tb HDD.

What issue do I have here, which component or software causing this issue.

Have you applied any overclock to the system? Anything not stock with the ram? If you applied a profile on the ram try turning it back to stock. My brother had a lemon (faulty) cpu that acted the same way. It seems to either be cpu or ram since you had to clear the cmos but it could maybe be the mobo. First things first apply everything back to stock.

I did overclock 9700k to 5ghz and ram to 3200.
