Switch monitors input

Hey! Im new in the forums im hoping this is the right sub to ask this.

 

I've a dual monitor setup, right now I have my Desktop PC connected to them.

However I would like to use my laptop in my setup too, by extending the laptop screen to the 2 other monitors.

My laptop has 2 video outputs: 1 x HDMI & 1 x Mini Display. The monitors im using have a HDMI input & a HDMI or VGA (DSUB)

Is there a device or hub that I can connect to switch between my PC & my laptop?

Or am i stuck with having 2 switches for each monitor?
