Anaglyph 3D on screen?

My entire screen goes 3D red and blue(Anaglyph) sometimes when it wakes up from sleep. i have two monitors and I think it happens on both but one looks much worse than the other and its not clear on the less extreme one if its the same effect or something different. I just built this PC and it also sometimes displays a static screen when it wakes up from sleep its not the end of the world but I'm wondering if its bad and/ or if there is a way to fix it?
