So kde allows widgets and a lot of customization. I have changed it and now after reboot it doesn't save those changes. So the main thing is all widgets i've ever added keep appearing on each reboot even if I removed them. Everything else seems the same its just widgets reappear on reboot (or shutdown and start up) even if I remove them and then reboot. Any help would be greatly appreciated as its quite annoying to remove 5 widgets and 3 sticky notes on each start up.

Might be something wrong with ~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc

You can try deleting it and then logout and back in, its gonna reset the crap out of your desktop so beware. As in probably just a blank black desktop and a weird panel that you can remove.

Could also try removing the applet entries from the file to see if that solves it.

I already deleted that config and then redid everything and then after I restarted it started again. Been looking into it and a lot of stuff makes it seem like its kde neon and not KDE itself (most people on this software version and kde neon seem to have this issue rather than just the kde version). Im going to look into Manjaro and lxqt. KDE is nice but i feel like after customizing stuff to my liking I kinda just ended with a simple style that's default in other DEs. Mainly used KDE for the low ram usage and the snappyness of it which lxqt seems to be similar in. Gotta check for my wifi card support in Manjaro but if it does ill go there. Thanks for the help tho!
