Windows 10 Update troubles

I am trying to update my father's laptop to Windows 10 from Windows 7. I have tried updating it at least 4 different times only to get a message that my Bluetooth drivers are not ready for Windows 10. It provides a link to a microsoft page with instructions on updating the drivers. I have followed the instructions, but it still gives me the same message about the drivers being outdated. Any help to resolve this issue so I can update to Windows 10 would be much appreciated!
