AOC 24G2U G Sync?

The AOC 24g2u is originaly a freesync monitor but i heard you can get G sync to work, but doesn't matter what i try, i cant get it to show up on my NVIDIA control panel.

are you using a display port cable? This is the only way to get it to work

Just using the HDMI but i read that HDMI is compatible.

That is only for TVs I believe that only have HDMI and no Display Ports.

So for G-sync to work on my setup i need to buy a Display port cable?

Can i just buy the cheapest i see, or should i go for a more expensive option because i still want the 144HZ utilized

Cheap end quality is hit or miss, especially with Gsync. I would make sure you get a decent cable.
