Best Software for Cloning Drives

Hey guys, I'm building a new PC soon, and am wanting to clone my current 120gb SATA ssd to my 1tb NVMe SSD, and my 1tb HDD to my new 2TB drives. What is the best program to do this?

Macrium Reflect has a free version that will do that task just fine.
