Samsung update FeAtUrE

hey guys, 

In the last software update of my galaxy A20e, Samsung reverted the making the phone a slow piece of garbage that doesnt hold a single  app open, which im still pissed about the making the phone a piece of shit just cause they can. But the thing is that they removed one problem and added another. so now, when in landscape mode the right side of the screen doesnt respond to touch, because they literally disabled the right side of the screen, once again, making the phone an piece of garbage.

Is this an infinite loop of creating problems and then reverting them?

how can I create awareness, so samsung stops doing this shit?

I cannot fault you for not being able to afford something better. But now that you are aware of what went wrong, please do your best to avoid doing it again.

i mean it still has 6gb of free storage, its not like its completly full

i wanted the a40, but my mom didnt let me buy something over 200$
