Does OBS 25.0.8 Have GPU Allocation Fix?

A few months ago there was a hot-fix that fixed the problems with laggy obs recordings when games are using most of the GPU. however you needed to run as an administrator whenever you loaded it up. Has this been updated or changed in any way in the 25.0.8 version of OBS? If so how would I enable this fix without having to run as administrator every time? I posted this on the OBS forums but got no replies.

You could try making a test recording in a game you had problems with in the past to see if things have changed, but I wouldn't expect it to. Fixes that require running programs in administrator mode usually don't change without major reworking, and if it requires administrator mode it requires administrator mode, you can't work around that.
