Hello everyone, I have a big problem. A couple of days ago I changed my CPU cooling to water but I didn't like it and switched back to air. I renewed the thermal paste everything was ok until I noticed the framerate in games is horrible. I tried everything Bios update and reset drivers reinstalled, redid thermal paste like 3 times, even formatted my PC but still the same. Here is a benchmark of AC Odyssey maybe someone can spot something. It used to run on very high at 65-70 FPS now only 35. Hardware: Gtx 1080 and 6700k. The game is running from SSD

what about driver updates?

sadly it seems like the same problem i have with csgo, i went from 350 fps to suddently 120, just as i got a new 240Hz monitor

Anything i've written between the * and * is not meant to be taken seriously.

keep in mind that helping with problems is hard if you aren't specific and detailed.

i'm also not a professional, (yet) so make sure to personally verify important information as i could be wrong.

Its pretty weird..

The Stats show it as typical.. with GPU usages.

* I know its not.

What about moving/deleting the HW config file from documents folders (dont delete savegames)

Then running the game so it recreates the config again.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
