Alright so ive had my pc a little over 2 years and in january decided to uprgade to a ryzen 5 3600

Asus b450 f and a rx580 before this i had an old amd processor which i cant remember but 2 years ago i bought a prebuilt in which i had been scammed no gpu and a 5 year old cpu so i uprgraded when i did i didnt change case hdd fans or psu and the psu is a cheap £20 "ace

a-600br"psu which i thought would be decent but when im gaming my pc will randomly turn off when i touch it its very hot know i cant tell whether it overheating and i need help to find out whether its the cpu or psu because i dont want long term damage to my parts as i think there close to end of warranty but i dont know when i check windows reliabality center or whatever its called it says that windows was not shut down properly and im scared as its becoming more frequent yesterday it occured 4/5 times
