Building Custom Windows.

I'm building a custom version of windows however having issues getting explorer to fire up as shell. I would like to know what files and dlls are required for this to make sure I have them all. (Yes I changed default shell to "explorer.exe"). Any help is appreciated.

Current error "The procedure entry point __cxxframehandler4 could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Windows\explorer.exe"
