Is this rig fried?

turn down the volume a little, my music was a little loud oops.

I didn't show in this video but shorting the power button pins on the board had no effect on it at all. I took a video of it but you could barely see the screwdriver lol, but it did literally nothing. GPU and CPU fan didn't spin up, PSU didnt click, nada.

I built this rig for my friend about 6 months ago with a mix of new/used parts, and it has worked flawlessly till this morning when it failed to turn on. It then resulted in a day of troubleshooting via text before he gave up and got his dad to make the 40min drive to drop the system off at my place.

Motherboard is a Aorus B450 Pro Wifi, CPU is a 1700x

CPU, RAM and GPU were parts I have used for a couple months prior in my secondary workstation.

PSU RM750x (2017) was bought used off another guy, PSU was 2 years old at the time.

Motherboard and everything else was bought new in December of 2019.

Specs that matter are at the bottom of the post

Things I have tried

1. Known good GPU. GPU in the video above is a known good GTX 760 I have just tested to be working in another system. The original GTX 1070 in the system seems to be fried too, with a BSOD (VIDEO MEMORY MANAGEMENT INTERNAL) the first time i popped it into another system and no display out from the second attempt onward. The test system usually has an MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X installed, so drivers shouldn't be the issue for it.

2. I tested the RAM in another system, it could not post with 2 sticks, but could only post with one of the sticks and not the other when they are installed in slot 2. Testing system usually has 2x16GB of G.Skill Trident Z RGB @ 3000C16. So 1 of the sticks seem to be non functional. (full spec of testing system is the second system in my bio)

3. Brand new PSU. PSU in the video is a brand new RM650 that has not been used in any other systems yet. As a sanity check, I also put both PSUs on one of those little psu testers and they both are outputting all the required voltages.

4. Reseating CPU. Resulted in literally no change to its behaviour.

The fact that none of the tiny debug leds on the bottom right of the board light up leads me to believe that its actually the motherboard that failed outright and possibly took out 1 stick of ram and the gpu in the process.

The storage drives are fine, I just had to pop them into another pc to pull some files for my friend just now.

I have also asked my friend if he had any power surges or blackouts recently, and according to him he hasn't.

Are there any other possibilities on whats wrong with it? I want to make sure it is actually the motherboard that is dead before i make the 40min drive each way to the distributor to get it RMAed. How warranties on electroics in Singapore work is that we have to bring locally bought parts to the respective distributors which have imported them for our local stores in order for them to replace it either with their own stock or for certain brands send them back to the manufacturer for a replacement. And yes 40min for Singapore is considered a relatively long drive as the 2 furthest points are only about an hour drive. Our commutes are relatively short and we can mostly just rely on public transport which is tbh pretty good.

Thanks in advance for any help. Have a good day :)

The PSU checks out according to that meter AFAIK.

The -5v is optional, as nothing uses it anymore.

The other +5v and +3.3v lights are for if you are testing a SATA power plug, if you have the CPU power connector plugged in it should only show 12v.
