I just finish building my pc everything when well as I can get into bios and so on but when I'm installing the Windows the display turn of and the CPU debug led light up

 

I'm using 

Ryzen 5 2600

B450 Tomahawk Max

RX 580 Nitro+

Kingston Hyper X Fury 8GB X2
