Boot problem

I one my friend have this problem of booting into windows.

Whenever she starts the PC, it starts but with no display. So find that the motherboard indicates the two debug LED (CPU & VRM) blinking and switching from one to another. I asked fer whether she open the parts from their places and she says yes. She never open it before. When I first check the parts, I saw the 4 pic connector was unplug from the MoBo. No post beep during the startup of the PC. Only debug LED slows those error. 

 

Motherboard: MSI H110m-VD

 

What would be the possible problem & how to solve it?
