Ram running slow?

Good evening all,

 

My Specs,

Ryzen 3800X

MSI B450 Tomahawk

Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 3200 (64 gb 16x4)

 

How do I know if my ram is running at the proper speeds. I turned on A-XMP in the bios and I'm letting the bios control the settings. The only thing i did in the bios was changed the CPU Ratio to 44.00 and CPU Core Voltage to 1.325 Turned of PBO

Quad sticks on zen even in zen 2 is a pretty difficult task on the imc and the Interconnect 

Disable pbo and try 3200 ( could be FCLK limitations) 

Update the bios

Set the soc to 1.1 and dram to 1.35 

PC: Motherboard: ASUS B550M TUF-Plus, CPU: Ryzen 3 3100, CPU Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34, GPU: GIGABYTE WindForce GTX1650S, RAM: HyperX Fury RGB 2x8GB 3200 CL16, Case, CoolerMaster MB311L ARGB, Boot Drive: 250GB MX500, Game Drive: WD Blue 1TB 7200RPM HDD.

 

Peripherals: GK61 (Optical Gateron Red) with Mistel White/Orange keycaps, Logitech G102 (Purple), BitWit Ensemble Grey Deskpad. 

 

Audio: Logitech G432, Moondrop Starfield, Mic: Razer Siren Mini (White).

 

Phone: Pixel 3a (Purple-ish).

As I own the Tomahawk Max, I've noticed that the board sometimes doesn't register the XMP profile on the first save. I had to set the XMP a few times util it properly registered that Ia ctivated it.

3000 is I would say guarantee but anything over you might hit am FCLK road block

SOC is 1.1 unable to change the Dram to 1.35 as it can't be changed. It's already running at 1.36 it looks like. 2800 is better then 2133. If i dropped to only 2 stick of ram would that help?
