I have an Rx 5700xt. It the the Gigabyte OC model. I got it last year and it worked well for a while. A few months ago, it suddenly wouldn't give any output. i sent it in to gigabyte RMA, and got it back in a month. when it came back, it worked, but it was weirdly overheating. under full load its junction temp hits 110 Celsius in minutes, but the "current temp" (as it says in the AMD software) doesn't go past 65. i have two intake and two exhaust fans in my case, which all work. the fans on my GPU work fine, and i have it on a book so the carpet doesn't restrict airflow. I dust it out every month so there’s no dust or dirt in the case. i don't have the card overclocked at all and i don't have my CPU overclocked either. i do not think it has anything to do with my case, i think it has to do with the graphics card. when im playing games, as soon as it hits 110 degrees, my fps plummets and my GPU cools down a little, just to ramp back up to 110 Celsius. i know that these cards are able to get that hot, its just i dont understand why mine is. my PC fans are overkill, (they're all Be Quiet fans) and its odd that the temps are so different.

I hope someone can help, Thanks!

My Specs:

Motherboard: asus rog strix b360 gaming

Cpu: Intel Core I7-9700K

Gpu: Gigabyte Rx 5700xt OC

Psu: 850 watts

A question as well, in MSI Afterburner it says i have a core clock of 2024 MHz. i thought it only went to 1950? i may be wrong, but i was just curious.
