Looks legit.
Maybe go on pc part picker to built the system (with psu and drive) 

Also, you might have a BIOS issue on you MOBO. Make sure you have a friend with a spare Ryzen 1st or 2nd gen (Zen or Zen+) CPU to update the BIOS or that you get one that is Zen 2 ready.
