Home Page Apps Deleted?

Hey guys, have you ever tried having all your home page on your phone deleted, randomly? Now, I have to swipe up to get to settings. Not a problem. But could it be a virus, the samsung antivirus says nothing, and I havent downloaded anything for a long time. I have recently updated my phone (2-3 days) What do you think it could be?
