It's almost not worth waiting at this point. Not enough evidence to point at a specific month/date, only a rough time frame. If you need to buy a new pc or upgrade do it now.

Probably in Q2 or H2. They were having troubles moving to a 20NM process, so they released Maxwell on a 28NM process first.
