Wanted to make a streaming setup with an Old PC

Hello, I need a help..

I have two PCs One I recently made with some used hardwares form AliExpress and surprisingly it has done wonders for me. Its Specs are:
MOBO    -    GIGABYTE H61M-DS2 3.0
CPU        -    INTEL CORE I5 3570
GPU        -    RADEON RX 570
RAM        -    8 GB
The other one is my old Potato PC which i wanted to use for Streaming coz it has a Quad Core CPU as well. Its Specs are:
MOBO    -    ASROCK G41M-VS3
CPU        -    INTEL CORE 2 QUAD Q9650
GPU        -    RADEON HD 7450
GPU        -    6 GB

And to start streaming I need a capture card so I wanted to buy an Elgato HD60 Pro. But the problem is that the rig I wanted to use for streaming is quite old and I dont know that wheather the Elgato HD60 Pro will work on that old PC.

That core 2 is going to struggle encoding the video feed it gets. This is not a good idea to do as both systems for all intents and purposes aren't that great. Normally the i5 system would be the minimum recommended for capturing and streaming video.

Even if that ancient quad core could render 480p (which it can), mobo does only have one PCIe slot and CPU doesn't have iGPU. So you wouldn't have any way to display image coming from capture card.
